I love that pictar! It's been a long time since I've done gifts for people on here, so I'm trying to start doing it again. I have another one similar to this in the works, though I'm currently having doubts about it so you may not see it for a while. And I may take requests for these eventually. But I've been meaning to draw one of =onnawufei's lovely dolls for quite a while now. It's a lot rougher than most of my other stuff I think... and I totally blame it on the fact that lately I've been looking at a lot of work by Yoshitaka Amano. I LOVE AMANO OMG. Can you see it? Can you see the influence? Well, maybe not. What he does beautifully, I just do sloppily. T^T But it is traditional, for a change. Ink, acrylics, and probably some white-out on top of a collage of scrapbook papers. Also, when you mix wet gouache with wet acrylic it doesn't work very well.....apparently. Ya learn something new everyday. :/ I hope you like it Miss Onnawufei!!! Comments
